Mr.Gaurav Kumar is the Training Manager at UIAT Dehradun. He has a rich experience of over 10 years in the field of Aviation. He has held important positions in the field of Aviation Maintenance and Training Organizations. He has experience of working on various aircrafts like Cessna-152,Cessna-172,Technam. He has served as an Aircraft Technician in various FTOs He worked as a Mechanical Instructor, Practical Assessors and Examiner in various reputed AME institutes & BMTOs like IAE Bhopal, Delhi flying club ltd, Alpine institute of Aeronautics and Punjab Aircraft Maintenance Engineering college Patiala (A government of Punjab undertaking) In his tenure as an Instructor and Senior instructor he has successfully trained about 800 AME students, Many of them are working in various Airlines , FTOs as an AME and Aircraft Technicians. He was also an assistant professor in Maharaja Ranjit Singh Punjab Technical University Bhatinda for B.Sc. Aircraft Maintenance Engineering course. He is having BAMEC of LA and CP and Module-4,5, 11A, 11B, 15 of DGCA paper & concerned Modules.
Mr. Mithilesh Kumar is the Quality Manager at UIAT Dehradun.
He has hold the Basic Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Examination Certificate (BAMEC) issued by DGCA in category B1.1 (HA & Propeller).
He is Ex- Service man of INDIAN AIR FORCE since 20 yrs experience in aircraft maintenance of helicopters and fighters plane.
He worked as a structural supervisor, structure engineer and trainee engineer on fighters and helicopters. He plays multiple role in aviation industry, during his tenure so many courses completed.
He is specialist in structural repair of aircraft and helicopters.
A senior aircraft engineer of Indian Air Force of flawless work experience of handling heavy jet aircraft operation and maintenance under various challenging circumstances with optimum utilization of available manpower, material, and resources. Having good knowledge of Python, web design, IT tools & networking.
He has completed B.Tech from The institute of Engineers India in mechanical Engineering. He has successfully completed all update trainings like CAR-147 (Basic), H.F, CAR-66, Instructor Technique course and MTOE. Skilled in Quality system that complies with the CAR 66/ Part 147 (Basic) and Approved MTOE requirements. He is very good mentor who gives proper guidance to the students related to their aviation industry careers.
As a Quality Manager he is very responsible to his work culture, has a dynamic, motivational perspective with clear concept.
He carries the same to the students and staffs for improving the quality standards of the organization and a better result.
Mr. Surendra Singh Rawat is the Examination Manager at Uttarakhand Institute of Aviation Technology (UIAT), Dehradun.
He brings over 9.5 years of
experience in aviation education and examination management, with in-depth knowledge of DGCA regulations,
including CAR-66, CAR-147 (Basic), and Safety Management Systems (SMS). He holds multiple certifications and has successfully passed key DGCA CAR-66 modules in the B2 Avionics category,
Mr. Rawat has
previously served as Deputy Examination Manager at Alpine Institute of Aeronautics, Dehradun, and has extensive teaching experience in core aeronautical subjects
such as Aerodynamics, Aircraft Systems, Structures, and Avionics. He has also been associated with the Ramanujan Centre for Aeronautical Research & Education (RCARE),
New Delhi, as a faculty member for GATE classes.He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Aeronautical Engineering with a specialization in Avionics
from the Aeronautical Society of India (AESI)
Mr. Rawat is well-versed in managing examination systems aligned with CAR-66 / Part-147 (Basic) and MTOE standards. He is proficient in handling responsibilities
such as
question bank updates, examination scheduling, marking, supervision, and maintaining examination records in compliance with regulatory standards.
He has hands-on exposure to avionics systems on aircraft like LEARJET 25B, Beech Bonanza A-35, and Robinson R-22, and has completed additional certifications in Embedded
Systems, Instructor Techniques, and Human Factors.
He is also skilled in C/C++ programming and basic IT tools.
