Mr. Vikas Pandurang Kadre is the Training Manager at UIAT Dehradun.
He has a rich experience of over 13 years in the field of Aviation. He has held important positions in the field of Aviation Maintenance and Training
Organizations. He has experience of working on various aircrafts like Boeing 747-200/300/400 and Airbus A310 A/C.
He has served as an Aircraft Technician in CAR-145 Organizations.
He worked as a Mechanical Instructor, Practical Assessors and Examiner. He also worked as lab in charge of airframe shop and Hangar since 8 yrs.
In his tenure as Dy.Training Manager he has successfully passed out around 200 AME students in 4.5yrs.
He is trained on CAR-145, CAR 147, CAR 66, Human Factor, MTOE, Instructor technique course.
Handling the role of Nodal Officers for the student practical training in MRO, handling all administrative activities as an admin officer of AME and B.sc
students. He has been a regular speaker and mentor in seminars organized by various institutions.
Having good knowledge and certification of Python Programming, Data Science & IT Tools.
He has also proactive in University of Mumbai as paper setter and core team member. Preparation of Training Material and capable of micro-managing all the
relevant events of DGCA training. He is also coordinating effectively the curriculum of B.Sc. (Aeronautics) as per Graphic Era Deemed to be University for the
students undergoing both the program Aircraft Maintenance Engineering and B.Sc. (Aeronautics) simultaneously.
Mr. Abhishek Lalis the Quality Manager at UIAT Dehradun.
He has hold the Basic Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Examination Certificate (BAMEC) issued by DGCA. Having all module paper in category B1.3
(Helicopter & Turbine).
He has a rich experience of 15 years in the field of Aviation. He has held important positions in the field of Aviation Maintenance and Training Organizations.
He has 7 years of maintenance experience on helicopter (AS350-B3, H-130, EC-135, EC-155,EC-130, BELL-407, BELL-412) & 6 Month in maintenance of heavy
aircraft (B-777,B-747,B-737,A-330,A-310,A-320)
He has 7 years of Teaching experience, during his tenure he held various appointments as Senior Instructor, lab HOD, practical assessors, knowledge Examiner,
Dy. Training Manager and as Quality Manager.
Mr. Abhishek Lal is also certified Lead Quality Auditor (ISO 9001:2015) by Exemplar Global Pvt. Ltd. He has successfully completed trainings on CAR 66 and
SMS, CAR-147(Basic), MTOE, Human Factor and instructor technique course.
With his experience as Sr.Instructor and Dy. Training Manager, he is thorough in MTOE, Aircraft Documentation, preparation of Training Material and capable
of micro-managing all relevant events of DGCA training.
Mr. Abhishek lal is one of the key person for providing the training to the employees of Pawan Hans Ltd (NR) about CAR 145, CAR 66 modular training, Human
Factor to PHL employees and officers. Also provide practical training on live helicopter (Dauphin N3, BELL 407,MI-172)
He is very effective in dovetailing curriculum of B.Sc. (Aviation) as per MOU with AME syllabus for the students undergoing both the program AME and
B.Sc. (Aeronautics) simultaneously.
Being as a Quality Manager he is very responsible to his work culture, has a dynamic, motivational perspective with clear concept. He carries the same
to the students and staffs for improving the quality standards of the organization and a better result.
Mr. Mithilesh Kumar is the Examination Manager at UIAT Dehradun.

He is Ex- Service man of INDIAN AIR FORCE since 20 yrs experience in aircraft maintenance of helicopters and fighters plane.
He worked as a structural supervisor, structure engineer and trainee engineer on fighters and helicopters. He plays multiple role in aviation industry,
during his tenure so many courses completed.
He is specialist in structural repair of aircraft and helicopters.
A senior aircraft engineer of Indian Air Force of flawless work experience of handling heavy jet aircraft operation and maintenance under various challenging circumstances with optimum utilization of available manpower, material, and resources.
Having good knowledge of Python, web design, IT tools & networking.
