Students enrolled under Category B1 (Mechanical) are trained to obtain an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer's License for the maintenance performed on Helicopter structure, powerpaint on Light Aeroplane (LA), Heavy Aeroplane (HA), Piston Engine (PE) and Jet Engine (JE).
Eligibility Criteria : 10 + 2 pass from recognized board with PCM (Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics is compulsory) or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Aeronautical Engineering.
